Women's Health Mastery starter kit is a step by step course where I not only train you on concepts but also on mindset. Just having knowledge is not enough, I will also train you on how to put this knowledge to action.
I help you with concept, mindset and action through these 6 steps:
Step 1: Assessment. Have you ever started a journey where you did not know where you were starting from? Without knowing you start point, how will you plan the rest of the journey? In this case as well, you will start with an assessment to understand your current state so you can plan your journey.
Step 2: Goal Setting: I will help you set a realistic goal of your final state with my goal setting system. If you do not have a goal, you can reach anywhere, not necessarily where you want to reach. I teach you simple visualization and affirmation techniques to remain true to your goals.
Step 3: Knowledge: You will get in depth training on Nutrition to boost your metabolism, balance your hormones and maintaining your weight.
Step 4: Master the right skills: Most women fear saying NO, thinking they will not be liked by people. In the process they give in to unhealthy choices/decisions under pressure. I teach you skills like assertiveness and delegation which are important if you want to prioritize your health.
Step 5: Implement the plan: People fail, but system don't. Along with knowledge, I teach you to implement a fail proof planning system. You will learn to build a plan for you and your family.
Step 6: Keep accountable and track your results: How many times have we broken the resolution of healthy habits. All we need is a support system and through the weekly meet ups you will remain accountable and motivated towards your goals.
1. This is a self paced e-learning course with recorded videos. You can play the videos again and again and learn at your own pace.
2. 1 Year Membership for the course and 6 Month Membership to Weekly group coaching sessions with Ruma. Weekly group coaching calls will give you the opportunity to ask questions and get advice.
